The Team



Robert Prinz

Robert Prinz is a graduating fourth year Electrical Engineering student at UVic, Electronics option. He graduated from BCIT with a diploma in Electrical Engineering Technology. He joined the Engineering program in third year through the Camosun College bridge program. Rob will be continuing on to a Master's degree. His project: build Mechanical Legs. Rob was responsible for the fuzzy inference system, serial communication interface and PIC microcontroller.


Mark Kuoppola

Mark Kuoppola is also finishing his 4B term at UVic, in Electrical Engineering with DSP option. He entered UVic in third year through the Camosun College bridge program. Mark is interested in DC motors and control systems. Mark was responsible for ordering electronic components and designing the motor controllers.


Tifenn Vialatte

Tifenn Vialatte will be graduating in June with her Bachelor of Electrical Engineering, with the Electronics option. Tifenn transfered into the program at UVic after two years of university in France. Her interests lie in robotics and control systems. Tifenn's responsibility in the project was to design and build the mechanical system.
