Sponsored by AXYS Environmental Systems and the University of Victoria Faculty of Engineering, ExFour Systems set out to develop a prototype Programmable Sensor Output Simulator. The goal of the project was to design a product which will aid the testing of data acquisition systems that use current/voltage, Pulse Frequency Modulation, and RS232 serial communication signals.

The project was completed for the CENG/ELEC 499B - Design Project course, a requirement of the Bachelor of Engineering program at the University of Victoria. The project provides an excellent opportunity for students to partake in a significant work of engineering design. More information about the CENG/ELEC 499 at UVic can be found here.

Both Project Overview and Technical Information can be found on this site. For more detailed information, please see Documents. For team and sponsor information, please see Contact. For general information related to the project, please see Links.
