The goal for this project

was to improve the

standard switching circuit

from basic Triodes for

Alternating Current

(TRIAC) by implementing

a pulse width modulation

implementation to drive

power MOSFETS. This

new circuitry would

generate better power

factor and transpose the

line harmonics, allowing

for improved power

quality with the addition

of an inline filter.
