The 2009 IEEE Pacific Rim Conference on Communications, Computers and Signal Processing (PACRIM09) final camera-ready IEEE Xplore-compatible paper submission process (deadline is July 6, 2009):

1. Step 1: Create an account at IEEE PDF eXpress with Conference ID: pacrim09x
2. Step 2: Once an account is created, log in and follow instructions to verify the format of your paper is IEEE Xplore compatible. Details on how to use IEEE PDF eXpress can be found here.
3. Step 3: Send your IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF (provided and certified by IEEE PDF eXpress) to pacrim+final@ece.uvic.ca with subject heading: final submission paper number XXX, where XXX is the paper number assigned to you by PacRim.
4. Step 4: Download the IEEE Copyright Form in pdf or MS Word, sign it, and send it either (i) electronically to pacrim+copyright@ece.uvic.ca with subject heading: IEEE Copyright Form paper number XXX, or (ii) by fax to 1-250-721-6052 with subject heading: Catherine Chang, IEEE Copyright Form paper number XXX
